Inputs to the sound system are available in the following locations:
Do not change or re-patch connections to the digital snake.
The inputs at the front of the stage are labelled and feed inputs 1-8 on the console. The inputs by the drum kit are connected so that snake channels 1-8 are used for the drum inputs and snake channels 9-16 directly line up with inputs on the console.
For a vocal or speaking microphone the following three items are needed:
Unfold the mic stand from it's storage position and place on stage. Place the microphone into the mic clip. Run the XLR cable from the microphone to the desired input.
The four vocal mic inputs are found in the floor boxes on the front of the stage.
For an instrument that has a direct cable connection the following three items are needed:
Place the direct box in the floor near where the instrument will be played. Check to make sure the pad is turned off and the ground lift is off. Run the XLR cable from the direct box to the desired input. Connect the instrument cable from the direct box input to the instrument.
