The M32 can be broken into 2 distinct halves, input and output.
The left side of the console is primarily for configuring and managing the inputs. The right side of the console is for managing the outputs and managing the overall console.
The lower half of the left side is a set of 16 faders that manage 64 functions across 4 banks:
The active bank can be accessed by pressing the associated button at the far left of the console. The positions of the faders for the current bank will immediately be saved and the faders will move the the current position of the faders in the target bank.
When switching banks, please keep fingers clear.

The upper half of the left side is for quick access to common controls for managing channels: Gain, low cut, gate, compression, EQ, bus sends, and master sends. These controls are most commonly applied to input channels but can be used on all of the busses as well.
